Trace works with its clients from initial project planning through final report preparation and interpretation. Up to Level IV Data Packages are available at the clients’ request. We are committed to the quality, traceability, and defensibility of data. Trace’s Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program is centered around this commitment.

We have four levels of data packages available to our clients. Clients requesting Data Packages above Level I may incur additional charges.

• Level I
This report includes tabulated results, receipt and analyses dates, method numbers, sample descriptions, detection limits, and qualifiers (if needed).

• Level II
This report includes all items from the Level I report and adds results of internal batch Quality Control (QC) analyses associated with the samples. The QC results include surrogate recoveries, matrix spike, method blanks, and laboratory control samples.

• Level III
This report includes all items from the Level II report and adds raw data.

• Level IV
This report includes all items from the Level III report and adds CLP-like forms where applicable.
