In Fall 2021 Trace Analytical Laboratories broke ground on their first expansion in 30 years. After 5 years under new ownership and rapid expansion, Trace was bursting at the seams.
The expansion took the building from roughly 10,000 Sq Ft. to 18,000 Sq Ft. In the process, Trace expanded both our Metals and Wet Chemistry departments, and created a new, dedicated area to the field team.
Additionally, 2,000 Sq Ft. were left empty for future growth. In the 2.5 years since completing the expansion Trace has already used a portion of that area to add a new 800 sq. ft. walk-in cooler to store more samples.
Thanks to the new expansion Trace has been able to continually grow our staff and move into new areas of testing to set ourselves up for a bright future.
